Cam is absolutely adorable and although he can be somewhat timid when first meeting folks, within a few minutes he begins to become the big goofy boy that lies just below the surface. He’s the kind of dog that will love you to the moon and back. Our goal is to be sure that Cam finally finds a home that can reciprocate.
Some great feedback on Cameron after a walk with a volunteer:
“Cameron is a lovely dog. He does not pull and has no hunt instinct to chase squirrels or birds – he seemed oblivious to such things. Cameron said hello to everyone we passed at the park Cameron just wagged his tail playfully. He also loved walking on leash in the creek – he had so much fun. Everyone was complimenting him on how handsome and unusual he looks – I think he is a lab/dairy cow mix!”
Cam is still trying to figure out where he is and why he is here. But with each day we see Cam coming out of his shell and beginning to blossom with more confidence and obvious appreciation for the love and attention he is now getting since arriving at STAF.
Cam needs: A patient home and a somewhat active home to give Cam the exercise he enjoys
Cam would love: A fenced back yard to run in and positive based training
Cam’s estimated birth date is August 2015.
