Monster Jam®, the most action-packed live event on four wheels where world-class drivers compete in front of capacity crowds around the globe. Monster Jam features high octane spontaneous entertainment and intense competition, featuring the most recognizable trucks in the world.

Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam events scheduled on April 17 & 18, 2021 at Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio has been rescheduled.  The new dates are September 4 & 5, 2021.

• Tickets for the Saturday performances (March 27, 2020/November 21, 2020, April 17, 2021) events will be honored on September 4th and tickets for Sunday performances (March 28, 2020/November 22, 2020, April 18, 2021) will be honored on September 5th. If you have any questions about the transfer of your tickets, please contact the Box Office at info@heritagebankcenter.com.
• Should you choose to receive a refund and you purchased your tickets on www.ticketmaster.com with a credit card, you must request a refund by logging into your Ticketmaster.com account or by calling Ticketmaster directly at 1-800-653-8000.
• If you purchased tickets directly from the box office, please contact the Box Office at info@heritagebankcenter.com. Once you have emailed to request a refund, a member of the Box Office Staff will contact you directly to confirm they have received your request and confirm your refund has been completed.
• If you purchased your tickets elsewhere, contact your point of purchase directly.
