Scrappy is a laid back Manchester Terrier or Miniature Pinscher (maybe a mix) that loves to snuggle and go for car rides. When you love on him, he makes noises like he hasn’t had any attention in years, of course he has had plenty, but pretty funny!
If he thinks he’s going in the car he gets very excited and barks. He gets along very well with the other dogs in his foster home but would also be happy as an only dog. He just wants to be with his human.
