Meet Tater,  7-8 years old, neutered male, Chihuahua mix.

Tater has lost a whopping ELEVEN POUNDS in his foster home! He was 36 pounds, is now 25 pounds! He is the sweetest, happiest, and friendliest little guy you will ever meet!

Yes, you read it right…poor Tater WAS a 36 pound Chihuahua. When we saw this poor guy sitting in a high kill shelter, there was just no way Peppermint Pig could leave him like that. Tater has been put on a diet and exercise plan to help him lose weight. He is so sweet and cute as a button, but he will need a family dedicated to keeping him at a healthy weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for him.
